Complete Our Program in Nine Months!
At Genesis, we understand the importance of entering the workforce in a timely manner while still obtaining a solid technical and classroom education.
Upon completing our 9-month arborist program, students will have a fundamental knowledge base in understanding and performing activities of line clearance and electrical hazard training, as well as an overall understanding of how to safely work in trees. These areas are only the beginning of what Genesis’s Arbor Technician Program focuses on when preparing students for the real-world job site.
Our curriculum was designed to prepare students who are eager to enter the workforce. Each term, total of 3 terms, is comprised of three 4-week sessions, totaling 12 weeks. During that time, our expert faculty will immerse students in the fundamental skills of becoming a certified arborist.
Upon completing our 12-week course, graduates will possess the skills and knowledge necessary to pass the following certification exams: ANSI Z133, Line Clearance Certification, Electrical Hazard Training Certification, and Certified Tree Professional.

At Genesis Career College, we offer financial aid to those that qualify. These programs can help you afford college through any combination of grants and student loans. We are a participant in the Title IV Federal Student Financial Aid program. The Financial Planner at each individual campus will assist you in completing your free application for Federal Student Aid.
