As a student in the Genesis Pharmacy Technician Program, you will be trained to receive written prescriptions or requests for refills and prepare the order by retrieving, counting, pouring, weighing, measuring, and mixing medications. Additionally, courses in career development, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and medical law will prepare you for entry into a career as a health care professional.
