Graduate In 3+ monthsIf you would like to share your knowledge and enthusiasm for the Cosmetology or Barbering fields with others, the Genesis Career College Instructor Program is for you! The Instructor Trainee Programs are well-rounded programs covering the most important phases of skilled instruction techniques for Cosmetology, Barbering and Nail Technology. The Barber Instructor program is a 450-hour program, and the Cosmetology Instructor program is 300 hours and 650 hours at our Daphne, AL Campus. The knowledge and skills gained in the program will prepare you for a career as a Licensed Cosmetology or Barber Instructor. Instructor Trainees acquire skills that go beyond basic practices and knowledge.You will learn lesson planning, class structuring, teaching principles, motivation and classroom techniques. The approach to training used by Genesis Career College is based on sound educational methods and teaching fundamentals. Upon completion of the program, you will be able to teach any phase of Cosmetology or Barbering successfully.
